Bill and his crew replaced the footer drains on one wall of our house and greatly improved the operation of the sump pump back in February. It was very messy work in a closed space; his crew worked very hard and were extremely neat. We've just had about eight inches of rain this week and the basement is as dry as a bone. Needless to say, we are happy! My recommendation is based on this: 1) Bill made the right diagnosis and was clear to let us know what the worst case could be (even though no one wants to hear that). 2) His crew worked extremely hard removing concrete and lots of clayey soil. They were smart to remove the debris through basement window (no hatch) and not bring it through the house. 3) The fix was 'just as much as was necessary'. There was no added BS. Thank you Bill and crew!

Hi, There are no real words to say except Thank You!! Four years ago we put on an addition and had you come in to assess and eventually rebuild our drainage/sump system. After the massive storm on August 7th 2019 the system worked perfectly. We were away at the time and were extremely worried about our finished basement. Taking a “emergency” trip back and arriving back home our basement was perfectly dry. We know that the sump system that you put in worked as it was designed to avoiding any wet surprises.
